1. I won the auction, what happens next?
We will send the high bidder an email usually within 24 hours of the auctions close with payment instructions. We appreciate payment or at east a reply with the buyer's intentions within 3 days of the auction's close.
2. What forms of payment do we accept?
Paypal is preferred, however we also accept Visa and Mastercard by calling us directly. Per eBay rules, phone number will be provdied at auction close.
3. When will my item ship?
For payments received before noon Monday through Friday, we typically ship the same day from Birmingham, Alabama. Payments received after noon will ship the next day. The most remote parts of the country are only 5 days away via USPS or UPS.
4. Will the buyer get a tracking number?
Yes, we will supply a tracking number and shipping method the day the item ships.
5. Do you have a return policy?
Yes. Your satisfaction is important to us. We earned an excellent feedback rating by making the customer happy!. If you have an issue with your item, we will accept a return for a refund or another item. Please contact us prior to returning any items so that we can apply credits properly.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We will ship products to most international destinations. For interntaional orders, we only ship via USPS Air Mail or Global Priority Mail. Please email for a shipping quote on international shipping and handling.

8. I paid but I have not received my item yet?
If you received an email with a tracking number, check those numbers on either the USPS website or the FedEx website for details about the shipment. If you did not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of paying, please contact our shipping department via email so that we may resolve the problem.
9. Are you going to leave feedback for the buyer.?
Yes, we leave feedback for every successful auction on ebay.
