Our Payment Policy
We will wait up to 7 days after the auction has ended for your payment. If you want us to wait a little more than please let us know. If we don't receive the payment after 7 days then we have to open an unpaid Item case to claim our selling fees back. All payments have to be made through Paypal.
Our Refund Policy
All our packages are shipped registered and they will be delivered to you through your national postal service. You will have to sign for your received package. If you observe a damage on the package by receiving it from your postman than please don't sign and don't receive it. You can send it back and claim it as damaged and that way we can get you a full refund for the Item in case that it has a damage because we can claim it here at our Mexican postal service. But once you signed for the received package we are not able to claim any refund and we dont' offer insurance because it's too expensive.
