OK, here’s another opportunity to purchase coastal area property just off of State Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway for the locals), so don’t miss out on this one. You will be bidding on a lot that has an INCREDIBLE OCEAN VIEW, including the picturesque town of Cayucos to the north. This property sits on the hill adjacent to Cayucos and overlooks the town and PCH just north of the renowned “Morro Strand” in stunning San Luis Obispo County. These small, hillside lots offer views of the Pacific to the north including the pier, and the west as you can see in the pictures as well as partial views to the south. The lot does have access via platted road frontage although it appeared grown over when we took the photos and inspected the parcel. This particular lot is actually one of the mildest sloping we have seen there. As with the other lots we just sold, the majority of the subdivision has a moratorium that prevents building and you can’t build on these lots at this time. There isn’t much coastal area property available that is left, and certainly not at this price. But if you drive out to this area and look at it you’ll appreciate what we are talking about.  Back when the real estate market was strong, you couldn’t find many of these available and the ones that were available fetched top dollar. Again, THIS IS COASTAL AREA PROPERTY IN CALIFORNIA so we don’t think you can go wrong. Check it out for yourself, and please come see this area. You’ll be as amazed as we were. Again the view is absolutely beautiful, so try to get out here to see for yourself. We are going to place the starting bid price at just $100 for the lot and you are bidding on the full purchase price of the property and there will be NO RESERVE. As mentioned, the property itself is somewhat tringular shaped and measures approximately 96 feet of frontage on Morro Avenue (Platted Road), at Verdugo Avenue. 87 feet of depth along the left edge of the property, and roughly 130 feet along the rear property line, and the total square footage is in excess of 4,350 square feet. The topography is level to a very mild slope down from the platted road and is covered in brush. The Ocean View offered is pretty close to 100 degrees (See Photos). Power, Water and other utilities are about a quarter mile to the southwest, on the other side of State Highway 1. Again, you cannot build on this property now and this should only be looked at as a speculative investment. It will definitely be about the CHEAPEST OCEAN VIEW REAL ESTATE IN CALIFORNIA you can buy and real estate has always been about LOCATION. The annual property taxes are less than $200 per year. A title search was done on this property prior to our purchasing it so we can guarantee clear title to the property and allowing he/she to bid and buy with confidence.
