Upon receipt of damaged item, in original box and packaging, you will be sent a replacement. Replacement will be sent only after damaged item is returned. Please also note that I do not ship these items myself, they are shipped by my supplier, so therefore I am unable to personally inspect the item for any possible defect. 100% satisfaction is guarenteed.
