This Bali Hai Palm Tree Vintage Tiki Mug is from the Bali Hai Restaurant in Lynnfield, MA and is new-old stock right out of the box.  It was manufactured by the Otagiri Mercantile Company, more commonly called OMC.  All their products were manufactured in Japan until 1994.   It still retains its original OMC Japan sticker on the bottom.  The mug is white, with a large palm tree in painted relief on the front, with "Bali Hai" in raised black letters. It also has painted clouds and a mountain landscape done in relief.  This is a gorgeous mug!!!  There are no chips, cracks or crazing and is in excellent condition.  It measures 6 ½” tall and 2 ¾” wide.
