The Dudle Bug is a privately owned company that specializes in custom invitations and favors with personality and are known locally for our unique decorations and favors.  Starting in 2009 we have started taking our business nationwide via internet as well as attending bridal shows/expos and trade fairs. We gladly accept Paypal. All payments must be received within THREE (3) business days of auction end or within three business days after the time of purchase.  

If you pay with a check through PayPal your items will not process until the check has cleared which may take up to 9 business days through PayPal.  

CA SALES TAX:  We are required by the state of California to collect 7.75% sales tax on all items that are sold to customers within Califonia.  Items shipped to all other states and properties are free of sales tax.

Items will ship via UPS or USPS. Items marked UPS will ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received and posted.  UPS shipments are UPS Ground (1-6 business days).  Some items will ship via USPS First Class mail-these items will ship within one business day after the payment is posted.  Each listing has the type of shipment available for the specific item.  Some items will also ship separately.  Our company is based in California but we have warehouses throughout the United States that your items may ship from.  If you have questions regarding the shipping please feel free to contact us.

CANDLES:  Due to the summer heat some candle items will ship only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to prevent the risk of melting.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  The Dudle Bug offers combined shipping when shipping charges apply.  When you have finished making all of your purchases please email us for an updated invoice if the total hasn't properly adjusted for you.  

SHIPPING COSTS:  All shipping costs, including free shipping is ONLY FOR MAINLAND UNITED STATES!  If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. please be advised that the shipping cost is not the price quoted.  You have to email us for a shipping cost.  FREE SHIPPING only applies to mainland United States! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We do not ship internationally!  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but due to high shipping costs there will be no shipments outside of the United States.  For Canadian and Puerto Rican shipments please contact us before bidding and purchasing for a price quote.  All price quotes listed are for mainland US shipment only.  In the event that we do ship internationally, all taxes, duties, fees and import fees are responsible by the buyer.  We are not responsible for any fees associated with the shipment.  Buyer is to pay shipping, fees, import duties, etc.
