international buyers: Important:
Terms if you are an INTERNATIONAL BUYER: I will only ship by EMI as it has tracking and is insured. Occasionally I will agree to ship by first class international for lighter weight pieces valued at under $40.
Recently the US Postal service has removed the option of insurance for items sent to some countries or there is a limit for maximum coverage. If yours is one of those countries, again, please be aware of this and write me to see if there are options to deal with it.
Shipping times abroad: Because of international issues, customs, and other things, I have had problems with shipping to certain countries such as Italy and Spain, also shipping to Australia has often taken a very long time, so please keep this in mind if you are an international buyer. I ship in a timely fashion but if you don't receive the item for a month, it may have been held up in customs.
International Buyers - Also Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please read my entire listing of the item and also look carefully at the photos. Although I try to photograph in natural light and show all angles and especially all defects, occasionally I will miss something. It is your part to email me with any questions or concerns before you write and say that it's not what you expected. Photographs are good but you must realize that they are not the same as touching a piece and looking at it closely.
