At Dallas Diamonds customer service is very important! We reveal all flaws we find in our items, but we do miss occasionally. Please know that I will work with you to resolve any problem that you may have with your order, but I no longer respond to feedback extortion attempts (which Dallas Diamonds Inc. frequently face). Fees have gone up dramatically, and it is not fair to other buyers to pass on such things as simply a cost of doing business.
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Dallas Diamonds Inc. offers a 14 day return period from the date of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the item to confirm correct designer/model/color/size etc. before wearing, sizing, or removing any plastic or tags.
Terms and Conditions:
•On all returns there is a 15% restocking fee.
•All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) assigned by Dallas Diamonds Inc. before returning the item.
•Packages without RA numbers will be refused!
•All items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging.
•Buyer must obtain RA# within 2 days of delivery date via telephone or email.
•Once the buyer receives RA# the item must be received back to Dallas Diamonds Inc. within 7 days.
•Return credit will be issued in the same form as original payment.
•All returns will be credited less true shipping cost.
•International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned.
•Returns must be shipped via insured and traceable source.
•If a loss occurs before Dallas Diamonds Inc. signs for the package, the buyer is liable.
•If item is damaged in shipment, buyer/shipper is liable.
People who have never had to ship as part of a business sometimes believe that the entire cost of shipping is the postage. The shipping charges include the cost of postage, insurance, delivery confirmation, the box, peanuts, tape, paper, labels, and toner. Please also consider that I get only approximately 82% of the shipping you pay, as the rest is kept by eBay/PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:
I only ship USPS Express Mail, Insurance included; this is the fastest and safest way for me to ship internationally. I do not ship any other way because I found found other methods to be faulty and less reliable. Lastly, please review my feedback; I am frequently shipping overseas and my buyers love the expedited, safe transaction that I offer.
For those of you who are new to eBay, feedback is not the same as reviewing a book or DVD; no one else will buy what you purchased. The review is of the transaction, not the item. Namely,
•Is it essentially as described?
•Was the shipping reasonable?
•Was the shipping timely, taking into account normal postal service variation?
•Was your item properly packaged and labeled so that there was a reasonable expectation it would arrive in good condition?
Before you answer the above questions, please consider: Did you look at the photos I added, and not just a single picture? Did you read the description? Did you check the shipping date on the package? (USPS does not guarantee timely arrival of first class, nor do they tell you what day it will arrive as FedEx does.)
