Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will exchange items or give you a refund for the full amount of your order. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged if your product is not returned in its original unopened condition/box or is missing packing material, manuals or any accessories.*Return Process - Contact MacMall at 1-800-622-6255 within 30 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning product. No returns will be accepted without a RA number. Once an item arrives at MacMall, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 15 days of Return Authorization. Warranty & Service - Warranties for computers & electronics sold by MacMall are supported by the product manufacturer. If a product requires service under warranty, customers are directed to contact the customer support of the individual manufacturer. *Please note exceptions: No returns accepted on opened software. 7 day limit on the return of unopened software.
