- We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours except weekend & holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.
- UPS will email you Track Number automatically to your eBay registered email address. You can check shipping status online anytime.
- All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Please accept packages firstly even the UPS shipping damages or delay is discovered. Then, contact our CS via eBay immediately, will reply each eBay message via eBay in 24hrs except weekend & holiday and UPS will send person to inspect for claiming purpose.
- If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement. All replaced parts would be sent out by UPS Ground.
- DO NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
- Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

After your payment is received and cleared, we will send you an email notification about the pickup details and pickup invoice in 36hrs except WEEKEND & HOLIDAY. Please bring this pick up invoice and your ID at the appointment time.

- The warranty is not available where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper installation, faulty operation, wear & tear, damage to accessories or when product has been modified, repaired other than by us.
