DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We usually try to send packages via USPS Postal Service. They have a great track record for speed, accuracy and economy. Usually you'll have the option of selecting at least 3 shipping services, including "get it fast" of course. If you notice that your auction has a shipping service that you're not in agreement with, just shoot us off an email and ask if we can arrange a different service. At Designer Within the customer matters most.
Shipping method - USPS 1st Class, 3 - 5 business days (if item is under 13 ounces, if over 13 ounces we will offer USPS Parcel Post which takes 4 - 7 business days), USPS Priority (2 - 3 business days) or USPS Express (1 business day)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If the delivery service goes there, so does Designer Within. You might pay quite a bit for a package to Japan or Brazil but we do as much as we possibly can to get it to you safely, quickly and as cheap as possible. If you do live far away from us shipping insurance is always advised. Unfortunately if you choose to not get insurance and your package is misplaced Designer Within does not have any control once it leaves the US border, if you love what you bought, (and we know you do) please insure it to be sure. If you choose not to insure, Designer Within cannot refund, replace or recover your package
International shipping methods - USPS 1st Class International (7 - 14 business days although not guaranteed), USPS Priority International (6 - 10 business days although not guaranteed) or USPS Express International (6 days Guaranteed is extra)
RETURN POLICY
If you decide you don't like your purchase, don't worry, you have 7 days to ship it back to us for a refund or a merchandise exchange. (your choice) We can't refund shipping but we'll be more than happy to work with you. Here at Designer Within you're MUCH more important to us than a couple of bucks. Here's the boring details:
Items must be postmarked within 7 days for purchase price refund. Item must be in it's original condition, if not the refund will be 50% off original purchase price (used items depreciate 50%). This does not apply to already used auction items unless item is severely damaged or changed. Please do NOT expect us to refund postage, the only exception to postage refund is an error contained in the listing and the item was miss-represented.
