Austrian Crystal & Rhodonite Earrings

These dangling Austrian crystal and rhodonite earrings were made by Alaskan artist and jeweler, Mary Lou. They are new and in excellent condition.

Please use the picture as a tool for further description and ask any questions before bidding or buying to avoid any misunderstandings. We do accept most offers so please do not hesitate to make one!

Payment:

PayPal preferred!! We do expect payment within three business days unless other arrangements have been made. We do realize unexpected problems arise, but we cannot assist you if you do not communicate with us! After three days without word, you will receive a payment reminder. If we have not heard from you within three days after receiving the payment reminder, the item(s) will be re-listed and "un-paid" feedback will be reported.

Combined shipping is preferred! If you are purchasing multiple items, please request an invoice so we can combine all items for the total cost, and accurate shipping fee, prior to checkout!

Shipping:

We now ship worldwide!! Items will be shipped within 3 business days of received payment. Delivery confirmation will be placed on all packages shipped, if available. When shipped, you will receive an email with this information. There is a packaging fee on each listing that is already included in the shipping price, which covers the delivery confirmation and packaging of the item(s).

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 business days, although S/H will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. We understand it is difficult to buy online, and we accept returns for any reason. If you wish to return, or are unhappy with an item, please let us know right away. All returns must be by the same method it was sent, with delivery confirmation. Your refund will be given the same day we receive the item(s), and only if the item(s) are in the same condition as it was sent, and with the original packaging.

If you have any concerns with your purchase on delivery, please let us know and offer us an opportunity to resolve. Generally, solutions can be found that are mutually beneficial.
