Returning an Item:
If you received an item and found out to be defective (DOA), damaged or u201cnot as described”, then you have to return it back to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement only.

When an item becomes defective within the warranty period, then, you can return it back to us provided the defect is within the limited warranty clause. Please note that warranty is void if the item has been misused or abused. Please read the warranty clause included in the box. We can either replace it or send it for repair.

Some of the items we sell require installation by a certified or a professional installer. Make it sure that the item was properly installed.
