Warranty
All parts and accessories offer a nationwide VW or Audi manufacturer's 12 month/12k mile warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is good at any VW or Audi dealership with proof of purchase. You will receive the same business invoice our walk-in customers receive. Save the invoice for proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to re-print invoices more than 30 days after your purchase.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. All return parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice. Money back or exchanges are accepted, some fees or price difference may apply. There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel, high performance parts, racing parts, or previously installed parts, because we cannot return them.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns if we conclude the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the error is yours, charges for shipping and handling are non refundable. Failure to provide VIN number leaves the buyer responsible for return shipping charges

Shipping Terms
· Our shipping rate applies only to items shipped within the continental US. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US territory will incur an automatic surcharge ranging from $15-$30. We do not ship internationally. Please examine each item carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. We ship UPS ground or USPS Priority, depending on whichever is more cost effective. Smaller items will usually ship USPS. The USPS does not provide tracking numbers, but delivery confirmation is available upon request. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your item to arrive. In some cases we have to order the items straight from VW or Audi. This could cause for the item to take a few extra days for us to ship out. Local pickup is available for the Greenville, SC area. If you would like to pick up locally please call us at 864-288-8300 to make the arrangement. Every transaction is subject to availability. In some very few cases the item may go on back order or obsolete with out us knowing until item is ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at anytime and fully refund money if we are unable to obtain the item.
