 Introduced in the early 1940s, the RS-1 was ideally suited for light road switching. Hundreds were requisitioned by the U.S. military and hundreds more were purchased by U.S. railroads. These Atlas Classic models feature Scale Speed motor, low-friction drive, blackened metal wheels, dual flywheels, directional golden-white LED headlights and AccuMate couplers. .
