If you want to take advantage of combined purchase shipping, please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished shopping.

You have 30 days from the end of the first order to add additional items to your complete order. Make sure all your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout and you will receive a discounted shipping rate. If your items do not automatically combine into one invoice, please send us an email and we will do this for you.

PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay! As soon as you order your item, we will email you with all the details of the item you have ordered. All Cheques and Postal Orders need to be made payable to LeSports Limited and sent to LeSports Ltd, Ensor House, Ensor Way, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4NQ.

Shipping

We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change your delivery address once you have paid for your order. We are also unable to change your item (ie, different colour/size). To change your item once you have paid for your order you will have to wait to receive the item then return it for an exchange.

We despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving the order. If you pay for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

Shipping Methods & Approximate Delivery Time

Returns

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We'll refund the original postage cost on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the original postage cost only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

For all Returns, please fill in a Returns Form which you will receive with your order. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.
