Not many technical improvements have been made on the Ipod touch 32gb, except for memory, which now includes, well, 32Gb. This means more music, more phone memory and definitely more videos on the Ipod touch 32gb. Also this iPhone cousin has an auto-brightness sensor that is handy at all times. The biggest nod the Apple ipod Touch has going for it is the installation of Bluetooth, which makes it a real phone, and not an iPhone that plays at being one.
