Item Condition: Very Good Used - Back Case has normal amount of scuffs and scratches. Screen has no scratches but buttons are unresponsive- Currently the screen is set to auto off 1 minute and volume can easily be changed through General Settings/iPod Music Player Screens

Item Testing: Speaker Test, Headphone Jack Test, WiFi Connection Test, Video Playback on YouTube, Volume/Power/Home Button all Functional - No Bluetooth Testing but bluetooth does power on.

Warranty: nj_misc warrants the product from DOA for 14 days from delivery and will refund upon receipt of returned merchandise. Warranty does not extend to battery life, charge cycle per standard industry norms as we do not have the resources to test this and may vary depending on user usage.
