You are looking at an Apple iPhone 3G 8gb for AT&T.
The phone is in fair condition, meaning the screen has a fair amount of scratches, many of them minor with a few of them being a little more noticeable (as seen in the pictures). The back looks worn from regular use. The condition of the phone is pointed out as best as possible in the pictures. I try to point out as many flaws as possible. Shipping will remain a bit higher than others because insurance is placed on all packages. This way the buyer can get an instant refund from me with no problems at all in any case of a shipping error. Shipping errors include but are not limited to lost package, stolen package, and damaged pacakge.
Orders will be processed 1-24 hours of cleared payment. Shipping will be first class mail unless otherwise stated. You only qualify for our 1-24 hour handling time if you pay immediately. If you wait on paying us, we will wait to ship your item. It throws off our cycle by delayed payments.
Internation Buyers: Despite USPS saying it takes 3-5 business days to arrive, it really means 3-5 business days to enter your country. From there customs takes it, and that could be weeks if not months to clear through. Every country is different, and if you never bought anything from the USA, and are concerned how long it will take contact your customs office. NOTE ABOUT DUTY TAXES: Do not even bother asking me to declare low value, this benefits me 0% and if its lost, buyer files a claim, and I'm out all my money because I cannot claim insurance on an item declared really low. If you buy the item, and send me a message, or leave in paypal note requesting to declare lower value; its not happening.
Returns will be accepted as money back if the product comes back the same with it came. We will inspect each item, and we hold the final decision if the buyer has tampered with it at all. If it has been tampered with, we will send it back with no refund. If it shows up DOA please notify us within 3 days, and return within 7 days of arrival, otherwise we will not be able to help you. If your item breaks during shipping UPS/USPS/FEDEX, and myself will inspect the package if there is no visible damage to the package, then obviously the shipper did not break it. 20% restocking fee for unwanted items. Buyer pays all return shipping.
READ IF YOU ARE BUYING A VERIZON OR SPRINT PHONE. A lot of times the ESN will not activate for numerous reasons the most common being
a.) Insurance claim had been done on phone & phone was not turned over to insurance company, it's then placed in the 'Negative" file
b.) Customer has outstanding balance on account placing their ESN in the negative file
c.) Phone has been reported lost or stolen which also places it in the negative file
d.) Occasionally a customer would change phones and for some weird reason the old ESN would still show on their account and when trying to activate you would get a message that "this ESN is active on another account."
All A, B, C, and D can happen AFTER the phone was listed as a CLEAN ESN. The ESN will be checked at the time of shipping, and if it comes up BAD we will REFUND QUICK! If this will cause you an inconvenience please buy from somebody who can guarantee ESN at all times. However the majority of the time this will not be a problem, but it CAN happen. In the event it is found bad before shipping, or after we ship it a full refund will be placed. If it makes it as far as being shipped to the buyer we will pay the return shipping if sent by usps first class! It is never intended to sell a phone that is dysfunctional, but sometimes it happens without knowing.
All phones being sold as is for parts/broken are never allowed to be returned, unless stated otherwise. All phones are bought used from individuals who tell us the history of the phone. We base our descriptions off what they tell us, and normally we have no way to confirm if what they say is true or not. We are forwarding the description. If the description does not match the actual problem of the phone, we are sorry we cannot assist you. We appologize for the situation if it occurs, but this is the risk in buying phones broken. If this is a problem, please buy from another buyer who knows the full history of the phone.
All working phones that are returnable: We will gladly accept any return not matching the description unless stated otherwise. Just like broken phones, our working phones are bought from other people. Normally we can give our own description of the phone because it works and we can test it. However, we cannot test everything, and if there is a problem PLEASE contact us, we will accept the return with no problems. PLEASE before leaving any Negative feedback, contact me so we can work things out, and if you still feel that way I would much rather know what I did wrong in more detail so I can fix the problem in the future.
If you are trying to use a phone on a different carrier then listed in the description that is at your own risk. I will not take any returns because you cannot get it unlocked.
