You are able to return the item within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item (if necessary) and send a replacement/exchange item for same price/ or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

If you decide that you no longer need the product, ordered the incorrect one, or did not suit your needs, we can take it back for a refund, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund process can take between 4-7 business days to process once the item has been received. It will be refunded back to the same PayPal account that was used during the check-out. Please send us an eBay message to us to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchant Authorization #). This number must be written on the outside of your package.

• How long will it take to receive my order ?
We try our best to get your order out in 1-2 business days. Normal time for delivery can take between 3-10 business days to anywhere in the U.S. We will be shipping from Sunny California, so it may take longer to reach the east coast. Canada shipping can take between 10-14 business days in transit depending on customs.


• What is the difference between your hard plastic, rubberized plastic, and silicone cases ?
Hard plastic cases are made from plastic and have a shiny, glossy finish to them and snap onto your cell phone. Rubberized plastic cases are made from plastic as well, however they have thin layer of rubberized coating to provide that slight rubber texture without the bulkiness of a silicone case. Silicone cases are made from silicone are flexible. They provide shock absorbing protection and cannot break or crack like plastic cases would if the phone were to ever be dropped.


• Are the cases easy to put on my phone ?
Yes, it's very simple! The plastic cases snap on to your phone while the silicone cases require you to stretch the case open and fit the phone in. Both do not require any tools for installation.


• How do I remove the plastic cases ?
You can always purchase our prytool (just type in PRYTOOL in our search to find this item). It would be the easiest way to pry your 2pc. Snap on cases from your phone without breaking the tabs. If you do not have a prytool handy, all you have to do is find an old membership card, credit card, old student ID (you get the picture) and wedge it in between the 2 piece case. Then slide the card around the entire case and it should pop the tabs upward one at a time.

• What if my item arrives damaged or defective ?
If your item(s) arrives damaged, this most likely happened during transit as all of our items are brand new. In that case, please send us an eBay message providing your order # and we will be able to send you a replacement at absolutely no extra cost!

We are a re-seller and get our products from a 3rd party manufacturer. We do not intend to sell defective products, but it's very difficult to test every single product as we do not have the actual phones to test it on. If the item happens to be defective, we'd be more than happy to take it back for a replacement, exchange or refund. Please send us an eBay message regarding this issue first and we’ll be happy to take care of you!

Exchanges of the equal amount/replacements for defective items are free of charge along with a free pre-paid postage label to return the item. If you would like to return your item due to a change of mind, but must pay for the return shipping. All items must be in its original packaging or customers will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
