You are bidding on (technically, buying) an auction for a Genuine Apple iPad (3rd Generation) 16gb (black/wifi) (Part #: MC705LL/A) (Model #: A1416.) This unit does not have 3g/4g capability. It is the model that only has wifi connectivity. The unit is Brand New and is still sealed in the original unopened factory packaging, meaning that the box is still sealed in the original factory plastic wrap.
The item will be properly packaged before shipping, to ensure the item arrives safely.
The item will be shipped in a U.S.P.S. Flat Rate Priority Mail Box and will be shipped from Pittsburgh, PA.
For reference, I have all of these iPads in my physical possession right now. So, there will be no delay in shipping you as many as you wish to purchase.
If you have any questions, make sure to ask before purchasing.
Official, Brand New, Sealed, Apple iPad (3rd Generation) - 16gb (black/wifi) (Part #: MC705LL/A) (Model #: A1416)
The item will only be shipped after I have received the cleared funds in full through Paypal. This item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, and you will have to sign for the Package at your Paypal confirmed address (or pick the package up at a nearby post office, after numerous delivery attempts have been made.) I will only ship to confirmed Paypal mailing addresses. This item will not be Shipped to P.O. Boxes. Delivery & Signature Confirmation are included for free with this listing. The shipping labels are directly printed and paid for using Paypal, so the item will definitely be shipped to the right address. Once the shipping label has been printed on Paypal, a tracking number will automatically be attached to this listing on your 'My eBay' page purchases section. Once the item has actually been packaged, taken to the Post Office, and shipped out, when you click on the tracking number it will typically say, processed at 'INSERT POST OFFICE LOCATION' sort facility. You can, then, get constant updates, regarding where your package currently is, by logging into eBay and clicking on the tracking number. The item will be fully insured through the United States Postal Service. Under no circumstances will an address be changed mid-route to a different non-paypal-confirmed address. That would violate the seller protection policy.
Ordering More Than 2 iPads:
If you purchase more than 2 iPads, depending upon how many iPads you order, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and multiple boxes, 1 tracking number for each separate box of 1 or 2 iPads. The separate boxes will be shipped out at the same time, and will, most likely (transit times may vary), arrive at your confirmed Paypal shipping address at the same time. You will have to sign for each box separately. I ship iPads in this manner, because large U.S.P.S. flat rate priority mail boxes can only hold 2 iPads. The labels will still be printed using Paypal, so all the Paypal safeguards and security measures will still be in place.
2 Business Days (After Receiving Cleared Payment Via Paypal)
For the last five years I have offered a "return policy" under the ebay "return policy" section of my listings, but, due to eBay's new automatic return system, that could potentially allow scammers to operate with impunity, I am no longer offering a return policy.
For the record, I have 100% feedback. I take accurate pictures. My listings are highly accurate. I make sure the model numbers listed in the "item description" sections of my listings are correct. I ship the items when I say I am going to ship them. I always give my customers tracking numbers in a timely manner. I package my items very well. To sum it up: I always act in a professional manner.
The only reason I no longer accept returns is because of the increased probability of scammers manipulating the new eBay automatic return system. Walmart or Apple can write off a $500 loss, because they got scammed selling an iPad. I, unfortunately, cannot.
I, pretty much, sell the same 2 items over and over: the iPod and iPad. You can just check my recent feedback to see that the people purchasing Apple products (and every other product) from me were more than satisfied with my service, prices, shipping, and professionalism. Being that I deal almost exclusively in brand new merchandise, there isn't really any possibility for the items I sell to be defective, faulty, broken, or damaged. All my packages are fully insured via the shipping provider. So, any hypothetical damage in transit would be fully covered under the shipping insurance policy.
I only deal with a small volume of merchandise--usually only 1-2 different items at a given time. That being the case, it's virtually impossible for me to get confused and ship someone the wrong item--it hasn't happened once in all my years selling on eBay. So, you don't have to worry about me shipping you the wrong product either.
If you have any concerns regarding Apple's Manufacturer's Warranty Policy, or, their available Apple Care Plans, and how those policies and offers regard to the product being sold in this listing, contact Apple for details. Any 'add on' warranties offered directly through eBay are offered by a private warranty company. Those warranties aren't being offered/sold by me. I don't offer/provide warranties on any of my products.
Buyer Protection Policy:
Your purchase is also covered under the eBay Buyer Protection Policy. Basically meaning, if the product is received in a condition "significantly not as described" in the eBay item listing, or, if the item is not received at all, you are still eligible for a full refund, regardless of whether or not a seller offers returns or not.
