This pre-owned Apple iPad WiFi tablet is in Good condition and comes with a generic USB cable, generic charger & plain white box. Please note that this iPad has scratching and denting on the backplate. This is merely cosmetic in nature and will not affect performance in any way. Please note that the back of this iPad is engraved with the previous owner's name and phone number.
We test every iPad and restore the software to original factory settings. Each one of our iPads come with a generic USB cable and generic wall charger. To give our customer a better understanding of the condition of the iPad we developed the following condition rating system. Please note that any additional items included will be listed in the item description. SIM cards ARE NOT INCLUDED with any iPads we sell.

This iPad is guaranteed to have no technical imperfections. The screen will not have any scratching, blemishes or clouding. The back is without any deep scratching, denting or engraving but may have light scuffing or scratching. Unless otherwise stated, the battery is as-is and has not been tested for remaining life.
GOOD CONDITION
This iPad has no technical imperfections and the screen may have light scratching, but is readable. This unit will have moderate scuffing and/or scratching on the back as well as minor denting and chipping. Unless otherwise stated, the battery is as-is and has not been tested for remaining life.
FAIR CONDITION
This is the lowest condition on our grading scale. This iPad has been tested and it is fully functional. The screen will have scuffing and scratching and the backplate will have scuffing, scratching and denting. Unless otherwise stated, the battery is as-is and has not been tested for remaining life.
BROKEN
The iPad is not working properly. Possible damaged hard drive, motherboard and/or screen. All broken iPads are sold AS IS.
BATTERY
Please note that if not stated differently, the iPad comes with the existing battery. We do not test existing batteries for remaining life and their run-time is not covered by our return policy.

At this time, we only ship USPS Priority Mail to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate physical address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a delay in your shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipment date and USPS tracking #. Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery.
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their items. We inspect and fully test each item that we sell. However, mistakes do happen and there may be issues when you receive your item. Don't worry, we're here to help. We encourage our customers to inspect their items physical and functional condition upon receipt to ensure that it conforms to the description of the item purchased.
All of our iPads come with a 30 day return/exchange guarantee (except for items advertised as broken). Please call or email to obtain a free, written copy of the warranty. If we have a replacement item in stock, we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a refund. Often times, our technicians are able to provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to solve the problem. Please note that any items that do not state in the listing that a new battery has been installed will not be accepted for return/exchange based on the life of the battery.
You Received the Wrong Item If the item you received does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days of receipt so that we can help.
You Don't Agree With the Condition of Your Item Upon receiving your item, if you feel that the item you received is not consistent with our grading scale, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt.
Your Item Doesn't Function Properly If you received your item and you find that it does not function properly, contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will issue you a replacement or a refund based on available inventory.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved for a return, you will receive an email with return instructions and in some cases, a prepaid return label.
