We take great care packaging our items in sturdy cardboard boxes, but if your item arrives damaged please hold the item and packaging and contact us immediately.  All shipping claims must be approved by the shipping carrier before a refund can be issued. We are unable to make changes to your order once the shipment has been processed in our warehouse.  If your shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
