Most of the electronic household and media items I offer for auction are new, come to you in original sealed containers, and include the original manufacturer's warranty. I do not accept direct returns on these but if a problem or defect exists, I will help to facilitate in returning it to the vendor or manufacturer for exchange or refund. In the unlikely event that the issue can't be resolved in this manner, I will accept a return and issue a full refund including shipping costs.
