Payment for winning bids should be received NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS from the end of auction. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, we will consider the auction cancelled and a NON-PAYING-BIDDER ALERT will be filed automatically. Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.

Warranty

All ebay products are sold with a standard 14 Day DOA warranty OR as stated within the ad with no other warranty expressed or implied. The warranty coverage starts on the day you receive the product. Warranty is limited to actual purchase price of the the product.

Teksavers is not responsible for any damages or other losses caused by the use of the product. If the product is defective, we reserve the right to either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion. Some items may carry a manufacturers warranty. We CANNOT guarantee that the manufacturers warranty is transferrable or valid and make NO claims as such. It is the buyers responsibility to apply for the transfer of any manufacturers warranty. Refunds for errors on the buyer's part will be reduced by fees/expenses incurred by the seller such as Ebay fees, Pay Pal fees, Shipping & Handling, plus a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Shipping

Shipping prices are posted on the Ebay ad under the Description. Quoted rates are eligible within the 48 US Contintental States. We take pride in shipping your product fast and as such most items are shipped the same or next day from when your payment is received. Some packages may take up to 3 days to ship during high volume periods or out of the ordinary shipping requirements. Please contact us if you do not receive shipment confirmation email within 3 business days after payment has been made.
If you require guaranteed same day shipping, please call us directly. There may be a service charge for same day shipping guarantee.
Quoted rates include packaging costs to cover labor, box, packing material, & crating services (if any).
Shipping rates to Alaska/Hawaii may be higher.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed when package is shipped.

International

International shipping is available. Handling fee is higher for international shipping due to additional forms required for export. We will ONLY quote shipping rates to the WINNING bidder. If winning bidder would like to use their UPS/FedEx account number, they must arrange for pickup from our location. We can ship via US Postal Service (size/insured value limitations exist). Buyer is responsible for any customs taxes and/or duties. Cost of shipping is non-refundable, no exceptions.
