This MacBook recently went out on me. I was traveling with it and got home and it wouldn't come on. Because I don't have any type of warranty or Apple Care Apple wants to charge me a arm and leg just to look at it. I know for a fact that the body is in great shape, the hard drive is in perfect condition and has been wiped and just needs to be formatted. Apple said it sounds like its the motherboard/logic board that may be the problem. I let the Geek Squad look at it and they did say that everything else works on the MacBook but they had no way of testing the Logic Board.
