This Mac has been tested by our techs and work perfectly. It has minor scratches, and dings from use but otherwise is in great condition. Data has been wiped and original OS has been pre-installed. No software or discs are included. Pictures shown are our own photos taken to represent the items in this lot.

Warranty:
- All products at PowerON include a 30 day repair/replacement warranty unless otherwise specified on the auction. Repair or replacement is at PowerON's discretion.
- If you believe your item has a warranty issue, please call us at 800-673-6227 or us through our eBay account first so we can work to resolve the issue.
- All items to be returned MUST have an RMA number. (items will be refused without it)
- Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response to your issue (we are not open on weekends or major holidays).
- If you want extended warranty coverage for your item SquareTrade does offer warranty plans for purchase through them. They are an independent company and are not affiliated with PowerON Services, Inc.
- All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. All original components must be included in the package.
- Warranty is voided if item is disassembled or modified

Payment Info:
- We accept PayPal from US accounts only.
- Credit cards can be paid through PayPal as well.
- eChecks take 5 to 10 business days to clear.
- We do not accept international payments.
Shipping:
- PowerON ships via FedEx Ground (5 to 7 business day delivery) on the majority of items and does use US Mail on smaller items at our discretion.
- We do not ship to APO addresses.
- Items will generally ship within 48 to 72 business hours from the date payment clears.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to your Paypal email address after the item has shipped. (please allow 72 hours before emailing for tracking)
- The shipping address provided by Paypal will be used for shipment. If different, we must be notified prior to shipment or a $10 redirect fee will be assessed.
- We ship to the lower U.S. 48 states. (only)
- Expedited delivery options are available. (Call for rate quotes before bidding!)
- Shipping cost is for handling/packaging materials, insurance, and the carrier charge for shipment. We will combine shipping for any items smaller than or that weighs less than a Mac/PC tower.
- We now offer local pickup on items won for a fee of $10. However, we are not open to the general public. Please call and make and appointment for local pickup.
Tax/Reseller:
- Items shipped within the State of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax as required.
- If you are a reseller (with a seller's permit) in California who is purchasing from us for the purpose of resale we can exempt you from sales tax once the following conditions are met. Contact us through our eBay account and request a reseller exemption form. You must print, fill out and sign, then fax us the form with a copy of your seller's permit. After we receive that information we will send a revised Ebay invoice without sales tax.
