Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer economy shipping on most products to anywhere in the continental U.S. for just $6.95! If you choose economy shipping, you should allow for 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available for most products via FedEx Ground, and the shipping charge will be specified in the listing.

Sorry, but at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. There will be additional charges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Multiple Orders/Combined Shipping

If you make multiple orders, we can combine your shipping if you contact us and request it before making payment. We do Combine shipping costs as follows: First item full price and $1.75 for each additional item shipped within the same order.

Most orders are processed within 24-72 business hours. Due to the high volume of orders that we receive, please be advised that it can take a few business days to process your order.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Timeless Settings after your order has been processed in our system. This will give you an estimate of the shipping time.

How will my order ship?

Economy shipping will be shipping FedEx SmartPost and you should allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Expedited shipping items will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. They will be able to provide an estimated delivery date.

When will my order arrive?

All of our items are currently in stock and can be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Each product page includes the estimated delivery date below the shipping method.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You are welcome to return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. If there is any reason that you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will gladly refund your money on the merchandise only. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges, and please make sure that the package is insured.

How do I return my order?

Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order or provide an incorrect delivery address, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Using our Standard Return Policy:

• Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

• We advise insuring the package with the carrier.
• Save your return tracking number. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the package in case there are any issues during transit.
• Please note: unless the return is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a refund via PayPal to the PayPal account that was used to place the order.

All returned products must be in original new condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Our products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please send us a message through eBay. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
