Just as you want your purchase in a timely manner you need to respect us and remember that we cannot ship your purchase to you until we received your payment.  We accept Paypal Instant Payments and Paypal echeck payments.  Other approved payment methods may be available and are listed by eBay at the top and bottom of the listing and also when you check out.  Remember that all transactions we carry out with residents or shipping addresses within California are subject to California Sales Tax at the current rate for our County/City.  Note we do not accept any of the banned payment forms, click HERE to see ebay's payment policy.

SHIPPING

Please understand that shipping is not negotiable, if you do not want to pay our quoted shipping price then please use the back button now! 

When we use Calculated shipping we use USPS for the Calculation though it may be cheaper to ship through Fedex or UPS for many customers.  If we can make a saving (though this can never be promised) we will pass the saving back to you.  We use the USPS Priority calculator so that we can offer shipment to Alaska and Hawaii  and those that have PO BOXES for these larger or heavier items!  It's the only way we can be fair and include them as customers.  Remember that we can offer no warranty as to the time it takes the carrier to deliver your purchase, we can only make sure that it gets to the carrier in a timely manner.

We do not ship international though if we agree on request we ONLY ship international using Global Priority Mail.  Prices will be quoted at this rate and will be dispatched using this method.  This is not negotiable.  Remember we can offer no warranties on shipping time.

RECYCLING POLICY

In these days of increased pressure to be 'green' we strive to comply with requirement and requests of the State of California to recycle or use recycled products.   Whenever possible we use materials that can be recycled or from recycled source.

This means that whenever possible we will use a box that is in good condition that has been used to package a product that we have purchased, or where we use a 'new' box we hope that you find a use for the box either for storage or to ship something yourself.

We aim to use 100% recycled packaging peanuts, these cost us more money but have be recycled from other styrene products and are colored green, though we do occasionally have to supplement our supply with white or pink packaging peanuts when our supplier does not have the green ones available.  Please try and re-use or recycle these where possible. 

We do not re-use old bubble wrap or tape.

Thank you for understanding when packaging peanuts vary in color as we switch between various suppliers and colorations of packing peanuts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are only accepted for Gross misdescribed items.  We do not accept returns for Buyers remorse.  Your must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of purchase with your grievance about the product.  Refunds will only be made for items returned with our approval and must arrive back within 7 days of it being delivered to you to qualify for the refund. 

Refund will be for cost of item only.  No shipping will be refunded.  On Free shipping items the cost of shipping the purchase will be deducted from the price of the items.   A $2.00 restock fee may be deducted from refund also or collection of our eBay Fee's.

BUYERS REMORSE IS NOT A REASON FOR RETURN OR REFUND!
