EUREKA CLAMP ON LIGHT SHADES.  ANTIQUE OR VINTAGE?  THIS IS A SET OF VICTORIAN THEMED SHADES IN WORKING CONDITION FOR THEIR AGE.  THEY ARE A BRASS CLAMP WITH THE EUREKA NAME STAMPED INTO THEM.  THE OVAL SHADES MEASURE 7" TALL BY 5" WIDE.  THEY ARE A FORM OF EARLY PLASTIC?  THE PICTURES APPEAR TO BE A TRANSFER OR CUTOUT DESIGN ATTACHED TO THE SHADES AND LACQUERED OVER.  THERE IS A FABRIC EDGING ON THE RIMS.  THESE WERE PART OF A FRIENDS COLLECTION THAT WAS HANDED DOWN TO HER.  THEY ARE IN WORKING CONDITION AND PRETTY GOOD SHAPE FOR THEIR AGE.  I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD BUT WILL TRY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.  MAILING IN THE USA WILL BE FREE; TO CANADA WILL BE $14.25.
