This auction is for a lovely antique Chinese turquoise glazed vase. I acquired it around 15 years ago as one of a partial collection of items, including three authentic signed Imperial pieces. The glaze is quite nice exhibiting the tiny crackle you expect to find on these and from the kiln burn on the inside of the foot, I would expect this to be an earlier piece, perhaps Kangxi even. CONDITION: Minor chipping inside foot rim and very minor nicks on the lip of the mouth. A couple of these have remnants of early lacquer repairs. Please inspect images carefully. No cracks or hairline cracks. Rings like a bell. No other repairs save for the antique touches of lacquer to roughness around the mouth. SIZE: About 145 mm tall by 77 mm wide or 5 3/4 in tall by 3 in wide. SHIPPING: USPS Express or Global Express. Full insurance requires me to properly value this on Customs forms so please do not ask me to alter it. Knowing what Customs fees you may be subject to beforehand is probably helpful. Please check out my over 10 years of feedback before deciding to bid as I take great pride in all my dealings. The only surprises I want you to have are ones that make you smile. As with all my auctions, this item is offered with my satisfaction guarantee--if you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, please send it back to me for a full refund. Please send me a message through eBay if you have any questions or give me a call if it's easier for you. My number is 215-620-7972.
