Antique 14K Engagement Ring Mounting .75-1 Ct., for Diamond, Victorian Edwardian 

This is a beautiful Handmade Antique Style 14K Gold Engagement Ring Mounting in brand new condition.  The ring features openwork filigree around the stone setting in 14K solid yellow gold. There is a a six-sided stone setting to compliment the center and a detailed pattern on all three top sides of the band.  The ring will hold a 6 mm to 6.5 mm round faceted stone - this equals a .75 carats to 1 carats Diamond, however please go by the millimeter size for a perfect stone fit. 

The finger size is 6 and sizeable by a jeweler, or by us.  Profile is an elegant 8.2 mm.  The ring would work well with a narrow wedding band.. This is the exact style of engagement ring originating in the early 1900s Art Nouveau & Edwardian eras.  This ring is as comfortable as it is beautiful and of heirloom quality.  Handmade in the United States of America. 

This is a perfect ring to remount your Diamond into a high quality antique design ring.  There are six prongs to securely hold the stone, and the outside setting frame both protects the gemstone and is complimentary in making a Diamond look larger.  This design is made in a very limited way by an expert goldsmith at the jeweler's bench - we make "one ring at a time" with meticulous attention to detail.
