RETURN POLICY
All items which are sold 'as new' that come with a factory warranty will be serviced by the items warranty provider. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can work on a return, exchange or mutual resolution.
You must obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning your item. Goods returned without first receiving an RMA number will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense or may possibly delay receiving a refund for your item(s).
ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Goods returned within 7 days in new or identical condition are eligible for a full refund less shipping. Goods held over 7 days may be eligible for return but that return must be specially approved and normally will involve a restocking fee of up to 15%. We will not be responsible for items that may be lost, stolen or damaged caused by negligence while in your possession or during transit to you. If you have any questions please call us.
