YES,  I ship INTERNATIONAL! Please contact me for a price. I charge the exact shipping cost for international shipping  based on the size and weight of the package, plus 50 cents for the mailing envelope if I need to buy one.  

 I usually ship priority mail which takes 2-3 business days for arrival. Generally, I mail 1-2x/week.  First class shipping is generally an option if you prefer, even if I do not mention it in the listing. Just let me know, and I will adjust the invoice. Please understand that while first class shipping/parcel post is less expensive, it takes longer, and you may be waiting a week or more for delivery after I ship.  Also for any purchases, if you are in a hurry, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your need for a speedy delivery.  Local buyers make arrange to pick items up to save shipping charges.

  I love to combine shipping!  Additional items are only $2 each for shipping after the heaviest item. Multiple purchases totaling over $100 qualify for FREE shipping! This excludes individual items selling over $100.

I include delivery confirmation with all items and require insurance when the value is over $100.  For all other purchases, I recommend you add insurance to protect your purchase. I have a good shipping record, but please understand things can happen with the mail. If you would like to add insurance to your purchase sale, please select that option or notify me.  It is $1.85 for insurance.

 Payment is expected within 7 days unless you contact me with other arrangements. I am very understanding if you have circumstances that require a reasonable amount of extra time for payment-just be sure to let me know.  I prefer Paypal, however, I will accept e-checks. E-checks have to clear  through Paypal after you submit your payment, so please understand that I cannot ship until I receive a notice from Paypal that your e-check has cleared. It may take up to a week for that process, if you pay by e-check.  At this time, I do not accept credit cards as payment. 

I do not accept returns unless I totally misrepresent an item. I do my best to examine each item for flaws, spots, etc., and it is possible that I may overlook something. Please realize if I do, it was not intentional.
