Ohio Customers: A 6.75% state sales tax will be applied to your order required by the Ohio state tax law. Please do not send cash through the mail as we are not responsible for its loss. We also take credit cards over the phone if you prefer to pay in that manner.

Shipping & Returns

Albatross Electronics ships within one day and uses but UPS and USPS. Most orders deliver in 3 - 8 business days. We most often will ship to an APO/FPO address but please contact us for shipping cost. International delivery may take up to 3 weeks. Customers from California, Washington State, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international customers must request an invoice at auctions end or one will be sent by us as shipping rates to these locations are not the same as stated in the ad.

Returns

At Albatross Electronics we want to make purchasing on the internet as easy and comfortable as possible. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal for all our customers. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might not be as described in the description. In the very unlikely event you receive a product not as described, we ask you to contact us right away, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.  Customers must contact us within 14 days of the date of sale to inquire about a return.   There is a 10% restocking fee.  A return address will be given upon request.
