This 1933 film of Alice and Wonderland (and Through the Looking Glass) features all the contract stars from Paramont: Gary Cooper as the White Night (a riot), Cary Grant, Edward Everett Horton at the Mad Hatter, and W. C. Fields as Humpty Dumpty -- roll on the floor hilarious. CLASSIC and a MUST WATCH.

I'm a huge fan of the Alice in Wonderland story. This version of the film is in my opinion in the top 5 of at least 30 versions I've seen. The cinematography and special effects were well ahead of their time for 1933 and the acting from such greats as W.C. Fields, Gary Cooper, and Cary Grant is superb. A classic from cinema's early days. Before the advancements of CG and Green Screens. When everything you see was created and built on sound stages giving the audience a feeling the wonderland is a place one could actually go to. A MUST watch for any fan of 'Alice...' or just great movies.
Great old old classic movie! Good family movie.
