		Shipping Handling Time: We ship most items within 1 business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. All Non-continental US shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. 		Customer Service Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) will be charged a restocking fee of at least 20% - ALL pistons not shipped incorrectly by us or shown to be defective are charged at least a 20% restock fee automatically. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it.
