Customer Service: We strive to make every transaction that happens in the Grove a wonderful experience. If at any time you are not completely satisfied let us know and we will fix the problem immediately.

Sales Tax: Grove of the Ancients Pagan Marketplace is required to charge Colorado sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Colorado. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

Payment Methods: Grove of the Ancients Pagan Store accepts only Paypal for all purchases. Any other methods of payment must be approved by Grove of the Ancients Pagan Store.

Handling Time: We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and US Holidays. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of the order being placed. If there is a delay in shipping of the order we will let you know by email. We are not responsible for orders being delayed by weather, natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, and any other reasons beyond our control.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with the item you're welcome to return it within seven days in the same condition you received it, just let us know you're returning it. If you paid using a credit card the refund will be issued directly back to the credit card. If you paid with Paypal the refund will be credited back to your Paypal account. If you wish to have the refund issued as a store credit please let us know when you return the item. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item only.

Combining Shipping: You are welcome to wait to pay, and to combine multiple items for shipping.

U.S. Shipping: Shipping to addresses in the United States will be a flat rate or calculated based on weight. The listing of each item will say how shipping is determined.

International Shipping: Shipping to addresses outside the United States will be by United States Postal Service First Class International, Priority Mail, or by UPS. Packages shipped using USPS First Class International DO NOT come with a tracking number and vary on how long it will take to reach the destination. It can take close to a month for delivery. First Class International is the least expensive option. Priority Mail, while more expensive, the package will have a tracking number and a faster delivery time. All payments must be made in US funds.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

International Orders and Regional Laws: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally.
