Return Policy for New Product
Items can only be returned if outer most seal of the item box is not broken. Any item that is returned can be exchanged for a different item or you can have a refund minus a mandatory restock fee of 20% or $50, whichever is greater, per item. We do not refund or exchange anything that has been opened or seals have been found broken in any manner. If your item is found to be defective within 14 calendar days of shipment, we will be happy to replace the item for you.
