SHIPPING: We ship most orders by USPS, UPS 2nd DAY AIR, UPS NEXT DAY AIR. We process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. The insurance is included in the shipping.
The US shipping charge is $6.95 (includes insurance) including Puerto Rico and Alaska. New York Dispatching Unit can upgrade your shipping for $19.95 (Express Delivery), just select this option during the checkout. Overnight shipment is $29.95. We do not accept any responsibility for shipments whose status appears to be "Delivered" in the USPS/UPS tracking systems. The insurance can only be applied to the missing packages whose tracking status appears otherwise.
Regular international shipping charge is $7.90 (Including Canada, Continental Europe, Australia) USPS Airmail, express shipping is $19.95 via USPS Global Priority Mail. Because of Customs problems, we do not ship via UPS or Fedex.
RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of the item(s) delivery. Items must be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus insurance and shipping. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment unless another method is requested.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
1-You should request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
2-Please enclose your original shipping document and return it in the original/your own packaging. If you dont have your shipping document, please printout your name, address, phone number and order/item number, and enclose it with your returned product. 3-For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the lost return packages.
