Returns Policy – 60 Day Returns! If you are not totally satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). The item must be unworn or only tried on for fit/sizing. You must include a completed Return Form. See FAQ section for more details.

New: In Box - Brand new condition in original box.
New: Without Box - New condition without box. These shoes are care fully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
New / Display - Shoes were tried in stores, floor samples, or displays. They might have minor creases, scuffs, or scratches. These shoes were never worn before and are very close to brand new condition.
Gently Used - Shoes may be returns or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition.
