Warranty Policy

  • All Products sold with a 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • All product listed as refurbished has been fully tested and is guaranteed to be in like new working condition. In most cases refurbished simply means the parts have been pulled from new or used excess stock.
Return Policy - If an item with FREE SHIPPING is returned for restocking the shipping cost incurred for shipping will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the restocking fee. ($10 for UPS ground, $2.50 for 1st Class Mail, etc.)
  • Product can be returned to Skyline Engineering for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge.  End user damage to any product voids all warranties. 
  • Non-Defective items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges for returned items is not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being sent back for replacement or credit.
  • All returns must include the following:
  • Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • E-mail to receive your RMA #.  Include your order number in the subject line.
  • Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Also include a note stating the reason for return.
