• Eastern Europe - up to 5 weeks
• North America - up to 6 weeks
• South America, Africa and Asia - up to 8 weeks
• Australasia - up to 12 weeks

POSTAGE BY AIRMAIL 

The day after we’ve posted your mail, it usually takes three more days to reach Western Europe, five days to Eastern Europe and seven days to the rest of the world.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on all items however this is at the buyers expense unless the product or products are faulty in which case return postage will also be paid. Refunds will only be made on return of the goods.

REPLACEMENTS

We do not usually offer replacements, as it makes stock management difficult. If a replacement is required due to faultiness for example, we will refund and the product can be repurchased through Ebay if available.
