For National Post shipments:
National Post does not charge for returning packages, so in that case you will
be refunded the Value of the Item minus the Shipping Cost. Please note that Reclamation
Letter to National Post Registered Mail for LOST items takes 40-60 days.
For UPS shipments: In case you provide WRONG ADDRESS
or INCOMPLETE ADDRESS or NO ONE IS THERE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER and the item
remains undelivered & finally is returned back to us, you understand that
we cannot refund the Shipping Cost. All shipments are checked daily via UPS's
website by us. If I see that your shipment is facing a problem most probably I will
contact you via email and UPS will try to contact you too. If you need to
change the delivery address (even if it is the next door house) UPS
charges me 8 GBP so you will have to pay for this service: we will invoice
you via PayPal. When the item returns back we can not refund the Shipping Cost,
and we charge the cost UPS charged us for returning the item, which is the
Shipping Back. We will only refund the Value of the item minus the Shipping
cost minus the Cost of returning the item to us.
