Tops/Shirts:

• Bust/Chest – from underarm to underarm and doubled
• Waist -- at the natural waist from left to right and doubled
• Sleeve -- from shoulder seam to arm opening
• Total Length -- from shoulder to hem
• Measurement Across The Back -- from sleeve seam to sleeve seam

Skirts:

• Waist -- at the natural waist from left to right and doubled
• Hips -- at the hips from left to right and doubled
• Total Length -- from top to bottom

Dresses:

• Bust – from underarm to underarm and doubled
• Waist -- at the natural waist from left to right and doubled
• Hips -- at the hips from left to right and doubled
• Sleeve -- from shoulder seam to arm opening
• Total Length -- from shoulder to hem
• Measurement Across The Back -- from sleeve seam to sleeve seam

Jackets/Coats:

• Bust/Chest -- from underarm to underarm and doubled
• Waist -- at the natural waist from left to right and doubled
• Hips -- at the hips from left to right and doubled
• Sleeve -- from shoulder seam to arm opening
• Total Length -- from shoulder to hem

Pants:

• Waist -- at the natural waist from left to right and doubled

• Rise -- from top of waist to crotch seam
• Inseam -- from leg opening to crotch seam
• Leg Opening -- from left to right at the leg opening and doubled

Shoes:

• Insole -- from toe to heel inside of shoe
• Width -- from left to right at the widest point of the underside of the shoe
• Heel -- from bottom of heel to point where it meets the shoe
• Shaft Height for Boots -- from top to bottom of boot shaft
• Leg Opening for Boots -- from left to right and doubled at the top of the boot shaft

Scarves:

• Width -- from left to right
• Length -- from top to bottom

Ties:

• Total Length -- from end to end of the tie
• Width -- from left to right at the widest point

Hats:

• Crown Height -- upward from brim
• Brim Width -- total width of brim
• Total Length of Opening -- from left to right of the head opening

Handbags and Wallets:

• Height -- from top to bottom in the middle
• Depth -- from front corner to back corner
• Width at Bottom -- from left to right at the bottom base
• Width at Top -- from left to right at top of handbag
• Strap Drop -- from middle of fully-extended strap to middle of top handbag

Gloves:

• Arm Opening -- from left to right and doubled
• Total Length -- from longest finger to arm opening
• Thumb -- along the thumb seam on the inside

Belts:

• Width -- from top to bottom of the belt at the widest point
• Total Length -- from the left end to the right end
• Length at each notch -- from the left end to each notch<
• Buckle Dimensions -- length x width

Sunglasses:

• Height -- from top to bottom on the lens
• Width -- from left to right across the lenses
• Arm Length -- from hinge to the end of the arm
