ART DECO CHROME CELLULOID COVERED PRINT TALL HAND MIRROR.

WELCOME, TODAY ON OFFER IS A LOVELY ORIGINAL ART DECO HAND
MIRROR, fresh from a recent estate.
This lovely tall hand mirror is perfect for your
dresser. A round chrome framed
mirror that has a bevel edge glass, no foxing to be found or chips , nor
cracks, however, just a few, not deep, light scratches to the mirror. There is
a printed floral faux embroidered picture under the celluloid cover, there are
no cracks or splits to the cover, just a few very light marks, age-related. The celluloid cover is still nice & tight in position.
The 6 sided handle is a nicely
turned piece with stepped detail to the base & top parts, it can be
screwed off to reveal a centre solid brass bar insert. The mirror frame &
handle could be polished lightly with a cream specifically for chrome if
desired, lightest of age-related
marks. The mirror measures; 5” 1/16th inches in
DIAMETER x ¼” inch DEEP. It is; 12” 1/8th inches TALL & HANDLE is; ½” inch thick.
Over-all this lovely original art deco hand mirror is in
very good condition!
