ARP Chevy BB Header Bolts & Header Studs are manufactured in a variety of premium grade bolt and stud kits to facilitate installation of exhaust headers including the popular stainless stud kit with 12-point nuts.

ARP Chevy BB Header Bolts & Header Studs that are Stainless 300 material are not affected by corrosion or extreme heat, making it ideal for the application. What’s more, the compact 12-point nut lets you easily slip a socket close to the pipe!

Each ARP accessory stud or bolt kit includes the specific number of parts for your application, plus premium-quality washers and hex or 12-point nuts, as required. Studs are manufactured with a unique nut-starter nose that helps prevent cross-threading.

ARP Chevy BB Header Bolts & Header Studs come either black oxide chrome moly or Stainless 300. Both are nominally rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength; substantially stronger than Grade 8 hardware. Specially drilled “NASCAR” models are available for those who wish to safety wire their header bolts to Special “NASCAR” model prevent loosening.

Studs are measured OAL (Over All Length) and Bolts are measured UHL (Under Head Length)

Northern Auto Parts ships all domestic orders via UPS. The shipping charge is determined by your shipping method, package weight, and dimensions. If you purchase multiple items from us, we can combine your shipping cost to save you money. Also, just use the shipping and payments tab to calculate your shipping if purchasing more than one of the same item.

We are happy to ship items internationally. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that items shipped internationally take more days to arrive then domestic orders.

Attention Australian Customers: We will automatically upgrade any packages over 15 pounds to UPS Expedited to Australia. This will give you better tracking and get you your package faster. Again, we will not charge you any extra for UPS Expediated to Australia on packages 15 pounds or greater. We get great rates from UPS to Australia, and we are happy to pass them on to our customers.
