ANTIQUE GERMAN BISQUE HEAD BABY Has makers marks impressed to the back of head. GERMANY 342 - 7/0 This doll measures 6 inches (15cm) in height and dates from c1920s. The solid-dome bisque head is in very good condition with no cracks or hairlines.There is a slight firing fault behind the right ear and on the lower eye socket of the left eye which is hardly noticable.The blue glass sleep eyes are in good working condition with most of the original lid wax intact.There are also finely painted lashes above and below eyes and has a closed mouth. The soft stuffed cloth baby body is in good condition for age.The hands are made of composition and are in very good condition with no damage. This doll is wearing the original clothes which have some age wear. This is a lovely bisque head baby doll in good condition for age and would make a nice addition to any doll collection.
