TERM AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE

  • I try my hardrest to explain my violins/violas/bows/mandolins/banjos by words and pictures. and always online to answer your questions.

To avoid hassle situation few points to note:

  • Violins/violas/bows/mandolins/banjos will be only mailed to the confirmed address
  • Transaction will not be completed if winning bidder's address found to be a blocked ebay ID and bid with new ID
  • I block the bidder and buyers Who:
  • cancel the bids (shows lack of knowledge or commitment)
  • The buyers ever left negative feedback for me or sometimes I just navigate other sellers' feedbacks and find buyers who left negative feedbacks for others.
  • Buyers who ever have had unreasonable conflict.
  • A strong suggestion "NOT TO BID" who are:
  • very picky
  • Fault-finding
  • Hard-to-make happy
  • Very little or No-knowledge about violins/violas/bows/mandolins/banjos and just keep-bidding people. (If you dont have knowledge, then please get help from your wit, friends, Instructor, luthier or online research.
  • I have right to cancel the bids of International bidders less than 20 feedbacks and USA bidders less than 5, If you dont have feedbacks but you are sincere to complete the transaction just send me a line, and you will be approved.
  • I see few winning buyers, resell the violins on ebay and use my picutres (will be reported to ebay), you can sell the violins but please dont use my pictures or description
  • Special request to Italian and german buyers, Please dont sell my violins after adding fake labels.
  • I perfer not to sell internationally, because of high shipment cost, sometimes an international winning buyer overpays because of shipment cost. A piece of advice for international bidders, bid accordingly.
  • Please keep in mind, I start auction ridiculously low price ($9.99) without reserve, so you are determining the price of a violins/violas/bows/mandolins/banjo etc.
  • My all auctions are AS IS sale, without returns or partial refunds
  • IF MY PICTURES OR DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL (MISTAKINGLY) THEN I WILL ACCEPT RETURNS, AND WILL NOT ONLY GRANT YOU FULL REFUND BUT 5 DOLLARS MORE AS A FINE.
  • I only give my opinion in description but nothing is guaranteed ( because I m not a professional luthier or expert, so my opinion is only my opinion which should not matter to you.) but I m always ready to give a neutral thought about Violins/violas/bows/mandolins/banjos if you ask.
  • Bid is a contract. if you bid it then be man/woman enough to complete the transacti
