The AMS-SRC Stryke SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 Carbine is a realistic, durable, and full size AEG rifle from SRC that features a full metal gearbox, a high-performance cylinder crafted from aluminum, and a high torque motor. The short length of this AEG makes it highly maneuverable and perfect for CQB environments. The six-position Crane stock easily adjusts to the ideal length for any user, and the reshaped stock provides a comfortable cheek-weld for the user. The SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 has a flat top railed receiver for the mounting of optics and accessories, and unlike other M4s with full carrying handles, the Mk18 Mod.0 has a removable tactical "chopped" rear sight that leaves the front portion of the rails exposed. This allows users to mount an optic on the rail, while still keeping the iron sights attached as a backup. The SRC SR15 Mk18 Mod.0 Carbine features a fiber polymer reinforced receiver, providing higher build quality and is significantly more durable when compared the ABS bodies of Tokyo Marui AEGs. The receiver features a higher density than most standard receivers, and as a result, is more durable and less prone to cracking or breaking due to an inadvertent drop or collision.

RETURN POLICY

Returning a Brand New/Sealed Product
If you wish to return a brand new and sealed product that you have purchased, you may do so within 31 days of purchase for a full store credit minus the original cost of shipping. The product returned must be unopened and in its original factory packaging.
If the product cannot be restocked for any reason (shipping damage, open box, prior usage, etc), then a minimum 25% processing and restocking fee (actual fee will vary depending on condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return shipping charges or the original shipping charges that were included in the all-in price. Since the item was originally shipped to you for FREE, the actual shipping cost that was incurred by us will be deducted from your store credit.

Returning an Opened Product
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased and have already opened and/or used the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 31 days of your purchase. Please note that there will be a 10% processing and restocking fee as long as it is in new, working, and restock-able condition.
If the product cannot be restocked or has been used beyond the point of ‘fair usage’ as deemed by a return technician, then a minimum 25% re-conditioning and restocking fee (actual fee will vary depending on condition of return) will be deducted from your store credit.

WARRANTY
We offer an industry-leading 31 DAY WARRANTY for all metal gearbox AEG's and gas Airsoft guns from the date on which the product is received. All spring/plastic gearbox Airsoft guns carry a 15-day warranty from the date on which the product is received.
If you feel you’ve received a defective product, please first contact us so we can attempt to troubleshoot and resolve your issue for you. In your email, please include your order ID and a brief description of the issue and our technicians will assist you in resolving the issue. Typically, all support requests are responded to within 1-2 business days (M-F).
Returning a Defective Product
If the product is still deemed to be defective after simple troubleshooting has failed to resolve the issue(s), you may send the product back to us within 31 days of purchase for repair or replacement. Depending on the severity of the issue, our in-house technicians will diagnose and repair the product; if our technicians are unable to repair the product, a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free return shipping as we originally shipped the product to you for free.

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR RMA
To obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) for return, follow the directions below:
1. Send a message via the eBay messaging system.
2. Provide your full name, order number, reason for return, and a good contact phone number to reach you at. If you have multiple contact numbers, please provide us a good daytime number to reach you at along with a good evening number to reach you at.
3. Allow 1-2 business days for a response from a customer service representative.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse RMAs if our return policy is being abused. You will need to carefully package the product when you are shipping it back to us to fully protect it in transit and include all accessories and parts that it came with (if already opened).
